La Passion, an antique boutique Hotel in Colombia made by love and passion

Colombian Colonial Style Guest House

Here is a great sample of Colonial Colombian House which turned to be used as a boutique Hotel in Cartegana today. Dwell  was built-in 18th and renovated in 19th century. The old landlady of the house explained to the  owners of the Hotel that the first owner (who was grandfather of hers) was so eccentric that he imported a monumental granite stairway directly from Italy to Cortega, mixing Colonial and Republican style elements until reaching the perfect balance.

The small boutique hotel has only 8 rooms in total can only accommodate 16 people. This romantic guest house which was renovated and redecorated by love and passion blends nicely with the historical and characteristic city of Colombia. Overall the interiors are simple yet decorated by smart and interesting ideas such as the antique boat used for seating purpose in the lounge . The antique quality local furnitures, flooring, gorgeous ironware and high ceiling space help residents to feel that they are indeed in a private Colombian Home by their unique style. The printed wallpapers and bright  colors adds a contemporary backdrop to the interior. Great space and great taste made me wanna be in Colombia, South America… Just watch the video to take your soul to historic Colombia and wonderful small Hotel of love and passion!
