Ancient Thai Cooking at Bolan by English&Thai chef couple

At the last day of our Bangkok trip we enjoyed experiencing ancient Thai food in a wonderful restaurant called  Bolan at Skumvitt. The place was highly recommended by our Hotel to taste real traditional Thai food.

The property owned by Thai and English couple who worked at the famous Nahm restaurant in London as the members of Michelin team of David Thomson who has great passion of Thai food and History. Knowing this it can be told the contemporary interpretation of  Thai food served at the restaurant was inspired by the roots of the Authentic Thai culture. Thanks to owners who helped us to understand the real taste of the Thai food which was my favorite all times. But, this time I was impressed even more and can not forget the variety of tastes that they have offered to us that night. The decoration and the artworks used in the boutique restaurant was tasteful and felt so good to be there with friends and share the festive taste of Thai food.
