The Safari lodge which we stayed at Amakhala Game reserve owned by Artists Mike and Justine Weekes. The owners said they were influenced by the Tribal Design which they aimed to regenerate the soul of their guests by the tune of the nature. The design of the lodge is indeed open to nature, inside and outside spaces has pretty much mixed with each other. Gives the feeling of being in nature 24 hours. All the rooms have outside shower and baths. Canvas drop blinds open up to safari huts and the central lounge to view of a small waterhole where monkeys come to play and antelope and zebra to quench their thirst. İt is fun to share the stories of the daily Safari tours with the other guests and the rangers around the open fire while sipping up the wine before going to bed. Safari lodge is definitely a romantic, stylish lodge and fun to stay.
